This knowledge base article provides step-by-step process on how to clear the VPN credentials in Windows 11.

Clearing the VPN credentials

1. On the far right of the taskbar, right-click on the Network icon.
   
   
2. The Network icon should appear as either:Or
   
   
3. Click Network and Internet settings. It will open a window.
   
   
4. On the new window, click VPN.
   
   

5. From the list, choose the VPN that you want to clear the credentials.
   

   
   

6. Click Advanced Options.
   

   
   

7. Click the Clear sign-in info button.
   

   
   

8. Once you cleared the sign-in info, it will now require you to input your credentials the next time you connect to that VPN.
