How to enable Payments tab in Scheduler

Background

The Payments tab in Scheduler allows the user to edit the payment details of a schedule. If it is disabled, it is possible that the reason is the customer account is not set up correctly as a cash sale account.


Before you begin

  • Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) Scheduler Application.  See our article Getting Started with Scheduler for more. 
  • The job and schedule details are already opened. See our linked articles for the steps on how to search for the Job number and Schedule number.
  • Confirm the the Payments tab is disabled:


Steps to follow:

  1. In Scheduler, search for the customer and navigate to the Customer Details > Accounts tab and make sure that the highlighted fields below are filled.

  2. Navigate to the Job Details and make sure that General Account is ticked.
