How to Put Calls On Hold in Microsoft Teams

Background 

This knowledge base article provides steps on putting voice calls and video calls on hold in Microsoft Teams. 

Before You Begin

• Ensure you are logged in to an Office 365 account (https://www.office.com/)
• Ensure you are logged in to Microsoft Teams. 
• Must be on an ongoing call.

Steps to follow

1. While on a call, select More > Hold.
   
   

2. The call should now be On Hold until you click the Resume button to resume the call.
